Ingredients
  

  • 2 honey nut squash, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
  • 1-2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Slice the honey nut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  • Brush the cut side with melted butter and honey.
  • Season evenly with salt and black pepper.
  • Place squash halves cut-side up in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 18–22 minutes until fork tender.
  • For extra flavor, brush with extra honey and butter, then air fry an additional 1–2 minutes.
  • Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
